Counselling helps to free the mind from ‘mental chatter’ to stop and allow the true heart feelings to be felt and realized.

Situations may be causing feelings of uncertainty, confusion or unhappiness. This can be due to a number of reasons.
Are there concerns around relationships, decision making, fears, worry, financial stressors or difficulties in family life?
Is there a ‘bully’ issue with your children, or at home or in the workplace?
At times, things do not ‘feel quite right’. This is due to feelings deep within. These feelings need acknowledging! By clearing these deep feelings and possibly subconscious beliefs, we can resolve pain and emotional wounds.
Learning to identify patterns of our very own personality helps us to see meaning in the activities and relationships we have chosen to have.
We can liken counselling to coaching. Sometimes we just need some help!
